Below you’ll find the conditions in force for cancellation. Amounts and percentages are to be paid by you. You can cancel by phone, email or the cancellation form on the booking engine.

Non Refundable rate

The guest will not be refunded in case of cancellation, whatever the reason may be. Hello I’m Local does not refund non refundable bookings in case of and not limited to force majeure, covid outbreak, volcano eruptions etc. Non refundable is non refundable.

Pay at Arrival rate

The guest can cancel without charge up to 24 hours before the commencement date. If cancelled less than 24 hours before the commencement date, the guest has to pay 100% of the reservation value to Hello I’m Local.
